What ski pole size am I?
With your elbow bent at 90 degrees, measure the distance from your hand and the ground. Then add two inches to account for the portion of the pole that sticks into the snow.
What are the shaft specs?
- Material: 6061 Aluminum Alloy
- Diameter: 18mm
- Thickness: 0.8mm
How do I switch baskets?
Each pair of poles comes with two baskets: a smaller one for on piste and a larger one designed for powder conditions. These are both threaded and can easily screw on and off the poles.
Can I request a new print?
We're always looking for new prints. Email us your idea at liftys@skiglory.com. If we create your print, we'll send you a free pair!

Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders take 1 business day to process. We ship via FedEx ground service from the Pacific Northwest. Time in transit (~5-7 days) will vary based on shipping address. We will email you tracking info once your poles ship.

Do you ship outside of the US?
Not yet! Right now, Glory Poles are only available in the US. But stay tuned for international shipping options launching soon.
