Not sure your size? No problem. Grab a tape measure and with your elbow bent at about 90 degrees, measure the distance between your hand and the ground. From there, add about 2 inches to account for the portion of the pole that sticks into the snow.

How do I switch baskets?
Each pair of poles comes with two baskets: a smaller one for on piste and a larger one designed for powder conditions. These are both threaded and can easily screw on and off the poles.
