All orders ship via FedEx ground service from the Pacific Northwest. Time in transit (~5-7 days) will vary based on shipping address. You will receive tracking info via email once your poles ship.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund less shipping charges (if applicable)

To initiate a return, kindly ensure that your Glory Poles are in pristine, unused condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Please be aware that original order shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable for accurately shipped orders.

Glory Poles does not furnish return shipping labels for returns or exchanges, and we are unable to reimburse you for any return shipping expenses.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or change your mind about the selected color, please reach out to us at liftys@skiglory.com to start an exchange.

Warranty

We guarantee our poles from any manufacturing defects for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Please contact us at liftys@skiglory.com to start a warranty claim.
